Shinescout interviewed major stakeholders such as Jeffrey Katzenberg and Anne as well as scores of employees to uncover the essential unique quality that makes this studio so special. We then commissioned an international study with senior HR directors to understand what the most coveted candidates were looking for in a career. By distilling these two narratives, Shinescout was able to both guide the studios recruiting efforts, but also help the studio focus internally on those elements that made their employees excited to be there every day.
