Del Monte was seeking the next gen vegetable creations to please today’s globally inspired millennial moms. What was uncovered in our field work, was something far bigger and more important. Vegetables served as maternal monsters – defying moms ability to provide nutritious, delicious meals to their family, and making them question their ability to provide for their families. Deep ?– yup! Critically important? Heck, yeah. Del Monte went on to work closely with moms to help with delicious, simple delivery methods, saving the day for moms everywhere.
